In business, most workers often resist an introduction of a system that partially or completely alters the way the use to do things. Sometimes the new introduction doesn’t have to be complex to get those opposing. This kind of scenario is common in organisations. In order to minimise resistance, the management of organisation usually embark on some high level appraisals or workshop in order come convince worker on why they should accept the new changes.

There some employees that might not fully accept the new changes but won’t be having any choice than to accept it, else, they will be standing the risk of losing their job. This is really a difficult situation in some organisation, because this might affect the wellbeing of the employee, thereby affecting the overall output of the employee.
