Organizing “street parties” to seniors in an empty official building during off-hours would help engaging people to innovation processes

Especially during weekends many official buildings are empty. On off-hours these buildings could be transformed as living lab to boost co-innovation and co-creation between professionals, students and elderly people.

Especially in China elderly people who meet in parks to do e.g. exercise sports together. Perhaps KELA (The Social Insurance Institution of Finland) could organize get-togethers of elderly since they have names and info of people (since Finnish elderly people themselves don’t dare to contact strange other elderly people).

Your idea/solution in one sentence: Turning empty official buildings to living labs during off-hours

Street parties idea sounds great. Do you have e.g. links to any example cases who are already using these kind of ideas.
I like the idea, although parks should be safe and event should be organized?
