As I have earlier written in my previous post on “Finland’s Online Learning Improvement and Upgrade”, Finland’s online courses have to be improved and upgraded so that other people in other part of the world will get a better insight about Finland education. Improving and upgrading Finland online courses could turn out to be great source of revenue and development for the institution and the nation.
There people in other part of the world who participate in distance learning through online programmes. I have seen some persons having the certificate of institutions they have never been physically present. So, they have attained the institution through online participation in courses and their certificate has been posted to them at the end of the course.
Yes, someone may say that I Finnish language was a wildly spoken language, Finnish institution would have been the pioneer in this kind of development. But the fact is that not only the English speaking countries offers English course or market online courses, there are other non English countries market their online programmes.
Even with improvement in the present Finnish online course, the courses can be marketed in other part of the world. There are a lot of people in Africa and Asia that will pay to take good online courses in Finland to boast their CV. Institutions can develop a marketing strategy to sell their online courses.
