A new master plan that will minimize damages

In a complex situation it could be very difficult for experts to design a new master plan that will minimize the lost of existing property...

When a government is to change some of its cities master plans. Redesigning and implementing a new master plan can be very difficult. This could lead to the displacement of many persons.

There are some cities that have very poor master plan that has been designed years back without the consideration of some structure that might not work. So, these kind of poor plans often lead to flooding, erosion, traffic jams, etc. In most cases, the only solution to such problem will be to design a new master plan for the city.

It is not easy to implement a new master plan for a city without many people been affected. A new master plan will always lead to some demolition of some property. And if a lot of people are affected, it will be difficult for the government to compensate everyone. Apart from individual and organizations that are affected, the national or state economy can also be affected implementing a new master plan. However, the government will always reap the successful implementation of a sound master plan after sometime.

In a complex situation it could be very difficult for experts to design a new master plan that will minimize the lost of existing property. So, this is where the challenges are for the government and the designer.
